The false promise of return
A lot, fast, and with no risk: the three together do not exist. When a promise holds all three words at once, the money paid to the old members comes from the new ones, and that always stops, at the moment the new ones run out.
The bait
A figure that makes you dream, shown as already earned by others.
The signs
None is proof on its own. One is enough to stop.
- The return is high, steady and presented as risk-free all at once: the three together do not exist
- Nobody can say where the money comes from, or the explanation changes with the person
- Withdrawing is easy at first, then becomes complicated, with new fees or new conditions
- You are asked to recruit people close to you, and your gain depends on them joining
- Pressure on time: the opportunity closes tonight
The reflex, in this order
- Turn the promise into figures first: our calculator does it in ten seconds, and a high monthly return becomes an absurd annual figure.
- Ask to withdraw a small sum immediately, before putting in any more.
- Never add money to release money.
- Check whether the operator is authorised to offer an investment in your country: the Your country page says which authority keeps those lists.
If it has already happened
Nobody gets caught out of stupidity: these traps are built to work. What matters now is the order of the steps.
- Stop every payment, even if you are told the gain is imminent.
- Gather your records: amounts, dates, exchanges, account identifiers.
- Report it to the market authority in your country, and to your bank for the transfers already made.
Who is targeted
- Teenagers
- Adults
This page describes the trap so that it can be recognised. It deliberately gives no script, no message template and no tool: enough to defend yourself, never enough to run it again.

The quickest test takes ten seconds: enter the return being advertised into Testing a promised return. A figure per month becomes a figure per year, and the result needs no comment.
